The recently announced plant-shutdowns by European OEMs are expected to remove approximately 1.2 million units from their original output targets for March and April 2020. There are high chances that the plant-shutdowns will continue even in May. 

Now, focusing on when these factories will return to work, most of the OEMs do not have an expected date to restart their normal activity. In fact, the current direction is “closed until further notice”.
