CELEBRATING FUSO e-CANTER LAUNCH ANNIVERSARY IN NY CITY
In September 2017, there was a great milestone for Mitsubishi FUSO & Daimler Trucks Asia as the eCanter was launched in the New York City. A few months before, it was launched in Kawasaki (Japan) and in Tramagal (Portugal). The e-Canter truly became a great milestone since it was the world’s first all-electric light-duty truck (LDT) from series production.
I have been working at Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks & Bus Corporation since 2016 – company which belongs to Daimler Trucks Asia – and I feel really proud to belong to the first company to have designed, manufactured and commercialized such all-electric LDT in mass production. As a company, that means we are already working on the truck of the future – shaping and leading the unstoppable electric mobility. Together, we are helping to solve the increasing pollution problems in today´s world, thanks to an innovative zero-emission and zero-noise product for the world, with additional economic benefits for the user. For all these reasons, I would like to share with all of you the great e-Canter´s technical specs, an overview map with first customers and some videos to get more insights on the world´s first all-electric LDT from series production.

The FUSO e-Canter is a great innovative product, which had a very good response from the customers that appreciate a zero-noise and zero-emissions vehicle to facilitate their logistics activities.
